Refund & Exchange Policy Effective January 1st 2026

All sales are final
Due to the nature of our items we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Each piece is handmade by skilled artists and often features natural turquoise and traditional materials. Because of this, every item is unique and may show natural variations in color, matrix, texture, and character. These variations are not flaws but part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted jewelry.


Important Information About Our Jewelry and Sellers disclosure 

Please note: I am not the maker of these beautiful turquoise pieces. I am a reseller who works directly with artists and wholesalers.  

Because I am not the original maker:

  • I cannot be held responsible for stones, embellishments, or settings that may loosen, fall out, or become damaged over time
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse is not covered
  • Any repairs, resizing, or adjustments should be handled by a professional jeweler

I do my best to source high-quality, authentic turquoise jewelry and to represent each piece as accurately as possible through descriptions and photos. By purchasing, you acknowledge that natural stones and handcrafted jewelry may contain small imperfections that contribute to their uniqueness.


Sizing & Measurements

Please double-check your size and all measurements and sizing information before purchasing to ensure an accurate fit. Due to the final sale nature of these items, we cannot accommodate sizing-related issues after purchase. We add photos of our rings on the ring sizer for reference.

Order Issues & Concerns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address any concerns or questions in a timely manner. Messages received after this time frame will not be eligible for review.

Shipping: All standard orders are shipped within 3-5 business days through USPS. Special orders may require additional processing time, and turnaround is subject to availability. Customers will be notified if additional time is needed to fulfill a special order.

River Turquoise is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to and are in the hands of USPS. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.

Shipping Schedule- Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday 

Important Shipping Notice

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout.  Effective 10/1/2025

  • Route shipping protection covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
  • If you do not add Route, your package will not be covered once it leaves our shop.

 If Route Shipping Protection is not added, orders shipped via USPS include only the standard insurance coverage of up to $100. Any amount beyond this limit will not be insured by USPS or covered by our shop.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend adding Route Shipping Protection to your order. Effective 10/1/2025

Combined shipping policies

To ensure proper coverage, items with Route protection insurance cannot be combined with items without insurance. If insurance selections differ, orders will ship separately and separate shipping charges will apply. Please insure all items if you wish to have them shipped together.
